The SEAI Non-Domestic Microgen Grant covers systems up to 1,000 kWp, so this estimate is worked out at the 1,000 kWp scheme maximum. The largest grant available under the scheme is €325,200.
These enhanced rates are for new applications and run until 6 July 2027 — after that date the enhanced rate ends. The rule that catches businesses out: do not start any work, and do not order any equipment, before SEAI issues your Letter of Offer, or the grant is lost. The Letter of Offer is then valid for 8 months, and your final grant amount is confirmed against your final invoice.
